The location by the river is amazing, and there are lots of walks around the Ness Island area, as well as plenty of nightclubs and restaurants nearby.

The room and bathroom at The Waterside Hotel were fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The view of the riverside was excellent. The location was stunning, and it was conveniently close to Eden Court Theatre for the 7.30 pm show. We also enjoyed having the restaurant onsite and the town house nearby. There were plenty of food options just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Plentiful and delicious breakfast with extra toast and bacon, for example, reasonably priced.

Single room in the outbuilding spacious and well equipped with a huge private bathroom with tub. Very good breakfast, freshly prepared as desired. Own parking lot for guests, great location to explore the city on foot, very friendly and helpful staff.
Signage to the hotel car park from the back was difficult to see but this is complaining at a high level. I have nothing to complain about.

The breakfast at Waterside was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options and beautifully presented. The view of the river was breathtaking and added to the tranquil ambiance. We had a small issue during our stay, but the duty manager, Sharleen, was extremely courteous and resolved it promptly. The professionalism of the staff made a lasting impression on us.
One thing to note is that the sign to the car park could have been better placed, as we initially missed it. However, this was not a major problem for us.

We loved this hotel! Its location on the riverfront was perfect, just a short walk away from the city centre and also close to some fabulous places like Plockton. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was superb, from the immaculately clean rooms to the well-maintained parking lot. Transportation was also very convenient during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great too.
Not one thing that we didn't like about this hotel, we had a fantastic stay!

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled beside the scenic river, just a short walk away from the bustling city center. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the wonderful view from the rooms on the upper level. The staff's attention to detail is commendable, with poached eggs cooked to perfection for breakfast. The basic amenities provided ensure a comfortable stay.
Everything was more than satisfactory at this hotel.

We had a great stay at Waterside, but one thing stood out. We were attending a show in the evening and alerted the waitress about our time constraint. Despite that, our dinner took 50 minutes to arrive. However, the waitress saved our dessert for later, even though it was a bit late for us to enjoy it. Despite this, the dinner itself was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The restaurant offered delicious meals with a view of the river. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel.
