Great parking facilities and lovely location close to the town centre and also easy walk to shops
-
Near the centre, the hotel was comfortable and quite tidy and parking on the premise was free. Value for money!
-
it had magical location and breakfast, they offered wi-fi. there is a lovely garden. the hotel was ideally situated. we enjoyed to chill in the nearby nicky tam's.
-
Single room in the outbuilding spacious and well equipped with a huge private bathroom with tub. Very good breakfast, freshly prepared as desired. Own parking lot for guests, great location to explore the city on foot, very friendly and helpful staff.
Signage to the hotel car park from the back was difficult to see but this is complaining at a high level. I have nothing to complain about.

Loud music in the evenings during the week!
-
Nice location, nice beer garden.
-
All in all ok, but nothing special, except the good location. Price is a little too high. Breakfast ok.
The price should be lower for this normal, average accommodation.
-
A great location for this hotel - simple but sufficient rooms - a bombastic breakfast with a rich choice of meals you might wish for elsewhere.

its really close to eden court which was why we booked it, also within walking distance of city centre
our room was very small, looking out to the back. The bathroom sink was dirty from previous occupants, but this was dealt with promply, and the shower is poor, no power to the water flow at all. The hotel appears tired in parts although the conservatory was lovely. £75 was expensive for what you got

We found this to be a great hotel to stay in for our requirements. Within walking distance of the town centre, with a superb view of the river, and with parking, which is very important to us, and excellent value for money. The service was friendly and good throughout our 3 night stay. We only ate breakfast which was exceelent, but dinner menu looked very impressive.
Room (110) was rather on the small side. We twice had to wait a considerable length of time to obtain our room key when we returned to hte hotel from being out.
-
The Hotel was very comfortable with walks by the river very nice. The Hotel staff were very attentive especially in the dining room where service was excellent
-
centrally located, good views of the river, excellent breakfast
-
Perfect location by the river Ness. We upgraded to a room with River view and the room was lovely, clean and with en-suite bathroom. Breakfast times were good and the breakfast fine. The position would be good for going into town but we did not do this in the evening as we are too old to walk far. We were visiting Inverness with a particular purchase of some boats in mind and it fitted our purpose perfectly.
-
Lovely location, good food.
Our room was comfortable but had no view of the river, so very disappointed. Bar staff need to be imformed how to serve red wine, as ours came very cold.

The hotel is lovely, great situation, lovely views, the staff are very friendly & helpful, the room was very comfortable, everything needed for an enjoyable stay, would go back there any time. No complaints at all, good value for money. The meals are very good too, breakfast good, all piping hot.
